Welcome the the offcail site for the USA's Department of Citizen Affairs. Here at the DoCA, our goal is too make sure that all citizens in America, both new and old, enjoy the game and are able to play. We do this in a varitey of ways, like by:

Providng the eUniversity, for students to learn about fighting mechanics, the economy, and more!

Offering online tutoials to show the basics of the games.

Providng free food and weapons to those in need.

Having weekly contests and games to increase activity (and giving away some sweet prizes to the winners).
